Licensed Fire Sprinkler Systems Service Technician:
Must have a minimum of 3- 5 years of hands-on in-field experience to be considered. This is not a Pipe-Fitter Position, although the skills are required.
Must possess solid experience performing Fire Sprinkler System Inspections, Testing, and Maintenance and produce documentation reports pertaining to work conducted.
Must have Working Knowledge of NFPA-25, Fire Codes, and how to identify deficiencies in the systems and resolve them.
Expectations
Position Duties include testing and inspection of fire sprinkler systems with knowledge of multiple manufacturers’ products. We are seeking someone who is self-motivated and customer service oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills. T. I. Work Experience would be a plus. License for Backflow and other Fire Protection Service-related Certifications desired.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for operating with minimal supervision while performing Fire Protection Service Tasks
- Perform regular inspections, maintenance, testing, and certification services for Sprinkler Fire Protection Systems
- Daily communications with the Project Manager and/or Schedule Coordinator are required with continual Project Status Information
- Work with the Project Manager, Schedule Coordinator, and Office Administrative Staff to ensure Project, Task, and Documentation completion
- Documenting Project Tasks, Issues, Gathering Client Reviews and Service Feedback in continual Customer Service Improvement Effort
Job Qualifications
- Licensed in the State of California for Inspections and Testing
- Strong Working Knowledge of NFPA-25 Fire Codes
- Strong Working Knowledge of Sprinkler Controls, Alarm Panels, Related Devices, and Critical Components
- Willing to Perform Inspections, Repairs, Testing, and Maintenance to include Documentation and Reporting
- Willing to Coordinate with Project Manager/Scheduling Manager/Admin Staff Project Field Status, Issues, and Resolution Requirements of Deficiencies
- Have the ability to read and write English clearly in Position Required documentation
- Capability to present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, the Fire Marshal, Fire Code Enforcement Authorities, and others as necessary
- Possess a valid driver’s license; mandatory Company policy
- Willing to pass a post-offer drug screen, reference, and background check
- NICET Level II or III preferred
- AWWA/ABPA backflow certification a plus
Licensed Commercial Kitchen Fire Suppression System Service Technician:
The desired candidate would have at least 2- Years of Hands-On Field Working Experience.
Desired Candidate must have Working Knowledge and Hands-On Experience Servicing Fire Extinguishing Systems for Commercial Kitchens, and identifying and resolving Fire System Issues. Installation Experience and Fire Code Compliance Knowledge, ability to Read Plans, Perform Fire Department Functional Final Tests, and Fill Out and Submit Semi-Annual Compliance Reports Expected.

The Commercial Kitchen Fire Suppression System Service Technician is responsible for performing maintenance inspections and fire code-compliant certifications on Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Performance of regularly scheduled and semi-annual inspections
- Provide preventative maintenance services on various extinguisher and fire suppression systems
- Repair, replace, re-fill and tag fire suppression systems
- Complete electronic inspection reports and task documentation
- Keep Project Manager/Scheduling Manager/Admin Staff and Supervisor of Status with scheduling, project issues, and completion timelines of all assigned responsibilities
- Work independently, be Self-Motivated, apply Initiative and use provided personal protective safety equipment
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent and Desire for a Long-Term Career in the Fire Protection Service Industry
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Two years of experience in the fire protection industry is desired.
- Possess an understanding of NFPA Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Wet Chemical Kitchen Fire Systems and the ability to identify deficiencies.
- Willing to Communicate Effectively; both verbally and written with all Staff
- Valid driver’s license; Mandatory Company Policy
- Willing to pass a post-offer drug test and background check
Licensed Fire Extinguisher Technician:
The desired candidate would hold a current Fire Extinguisher License in Good standing with the Fire Marshal and the State of California with at least 2- Years of Hands-On Field Working Experience.

- Provide preventative maintenance services on various extinguisher
- Repair, replace, re-fill and tag all fire extinguishers
- Complete electronic inspection reports and task documentation
- Document time worked as well as all paperwork relating to assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Keep Project Manager/Scheduling Manager/Admin Staff and Supervisor of Status with scheduling, project issues and completion timelines of all assigned responsibilities
- Work independently, be Self-Motivated, apply Initiative and use provided personal protective safety equipment
